Determined the record dates/closing dates of the shareholder register book to determine the rights of shareholders to attend the the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting No. 1 for the year 2020 has been fixed on 10 July 2020 and authorized Managing Director and/or any person entrusted by such person shall be authorized under the law and related regulations, to change the record date/closing dates of the shareholder register book to determine the rights of shareholders to attend the Meeting.
