Disclosure Information Detail

         The 03^rd Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of Souvanny Home Center Public Company (SVN) or the year 2020 (hereinafter referred to as "the meeting") was held at 14:00 on the 17^th August 2020, at the Head Office of SVN.  The Meeting was presided by Mr. Ounh  LASOUKANH Chairman of the Executive Council of SVN’s Board of Directors, with the participation of Board members and invited participants.

The Meeting discussed and resolved on the following:

1. Resolution:  It is agreed to adopt he 2^nd Executive Council Meeting Report 2020.
2. Resolution: The meeting agreed with the report of business results for H1 of 2020 and the draft of the financial report of the company for H1 of 2020.                                 
3. Resolution: The meeting agreed with the business plan of the company for H2 of the year 2020.

The Meeting was closed at 16:30 of the same day.
